No, a failed evaluation does not cancel the account automatically.
Trading can be especially difficult any given day, especially for newer traders getting familiar with the leverage of Futures.
You can either Reset the account to it's starting status via a Reset in the Traders Dashboard area and try again or you can cancel your subscription in the Account section.
The billing for the Evaluation Plan will recur every 30 days if you do not cancel or pass the evaluation.
