If you have broken a rule of the Evaluation, such as, you reached the drawdown threshold (max loss), you will forfeit your Evaluation.
You can easily purchase an Evaluation Reset in the Legends Trading Member Section at anytime. There is no penalty for resetting. Simply login to your client portal and select the Failed Evaluation that you wish to reset.
Resets do not change your Renewal / Expiration date!
Resets are non-refundable.
Resetting the wrong account is not reversible.
