A Failed Master Account can not be reset. Once a Master Account is failed, your Master monthly subscription will be cancelled automatically.
You are encouraged to access the client portal and confirm. You are welcome to Sign up for another Apprentice Evaluation Account. Failing a Master Account does not prevent you from trying again.
